- Managing and monitoring queues to make them as smooth and easy as possible

We’ve introduced new Cleaning routines…
- Hour timeslots in between bookings so thorough cleaning can be done in between bookings including the entrance area so all touch points can be cleaned
- Tissues and bins are in all themed rooms
- Additional cleaning in high contact areas
- Additional cleaning in our WC facilities

So they can look after you, we’re taking good care of our teams by…
- Training them by following the latest government guidelines for safe working
- Giving them PPE they need to work safely, including training on social distancing and hand hygiene
- Temperature checking them at the start of every shift

We’re promoting good hand hygiene by…
- Having hand sanitiser at the main entrance and at each of our rooms
- Regularly checking and sanitising handwashing facilities in toilets
- Making sure there is hand sanitiser available where till is.

We’re minimising contact in our rooms by…
- Asking customers to use contactless payment methods
- Asking our staff and customers to use masks in public areas to protect both you and our teams
- Maintaining social distancing wherever possible whilst carrying out briefings
- Controlling numbers of people in public areas
- Asking 2 members of the teams to sign the declaration form to assist with the Track and Trace
